Default V-Force blowing fuses?

I bought my v-force back in march. love the machine! only problem i've had is it blowing the main 30 amp fuse. after washing it, the fuse blew twice when i went to start it up. I blew out the ignition switch and under the seat with compressed air and have had no more problems. Yet!
Anybody else had this problem?

A buddy of mine had the SAME problem, Just below the back of the seat were the wires run along the right side of the frame a wire was pinched and it shorted out from time to time. The water from washing it maybe hitting it also. The best thing to do is Double check all wires. I took all the Plastic off mine and there were a few places I taped just to be sure it didnt happen to me. Im guessing you might have the same short? Good luck I hope this helps and you find it. ~Chris

I found it! under the right rear fender. It looks like some kind of controller box. 2 multi pin connectors. one of them rubbing on the frame wore through the insulation causing the short!
