Default My new p700

Well I desided on the p700 over the sportsman 700.
This ting is awsome, I can't believe how much power this thing has.

a couple questions:

how big of a tire can I fit and would it be a good idea to change the clutching?
High lifter lift kits --any good --are they woth it?
winch ramsey or warn and What size?
And where is everybody getting all of their performance stuff?

Sorry for all the questions but I am new to 4x4s and kawasakis.
thanx for the help

I run 28" on mine in the winter and on the 700 the tires will hit the front plastic bumper when turning exreamly sharp. I don't think I'm hitting my plastic at all. I did a little with the 650 but not yet with the 700. I personally don't like the lift kits because of the extra pressure on the cv joints etc... I like the switch on the ramsey but the new warn switch is suppose to be nice. Can not help you on where to get stuff because I get everything from dealer.

My meter is off due to the oversize tires. I would say with 28 it would peak around 100 or 60mph witch is pleanty fast for these tires because these are not speed tires.

I bought the HMF system from HMF, threw money away on a holeshot module from DG (but kept the snorkle), Twinair filter from twinair, installed a 5* flywheel key and degreed the cams. For suspension, Progressive front springs and Bias-ply Bighorns. Love it. Unbelievable handling for a heavy machine.
Left the clutch stock. It works fine. HTH

My P700 is basically stock except for Progressive springs, and cycle country 60" plow.

I love the P700! My brother has a P650, and has 27" 589's and HATES them!! He has only made it through one mud hole that I couldn't even with my crap stock dunlops...and I eat him alive on the trails, hills, corners..etc!! I'm going with 26" Mudrunners, or ATR's with C-wheels soon!
AS for parts, I just shop around for a good deal. I've gotten some things at Dennis Kirk racing, South west moto tires, and ATV-online.com. Surprisingly, JC Whitney has some good prices on items as well.
