Not really much to it....BE CAREFUL WITH THE GASKETS....
take bottom bolts off yer mud flap.....remove pull start.....retaining bolt....water tank...water pump housing
BE CAREFUL REMOVING IMPELLER AND ESPECIALLY INSTALLING IMPELLER.....remove flywheel housing
pull flywheel[ I made sure key was on top when I did mine]
Install key with cut out towards the back of bike
install flywheel and make sure no slack is present[you kinda wanna put counter clockwise pressure in the flywheel]
the starter drive gear will help hold pressure to make it easier
I probably missed something
GOOD LUCK and be careful with that impeller....
oh yea I forgot drain the water and oil first

 

Can anyone comment on what the offset key does to low end power?? I am considering it for the 360P

 

Thanks, thats what I was looking for. I heard 5 HP on bottom, 3 on mid and 1-2 top end. I don't know what it does for the 360.
