I do believe they are all the same. My only question for you gurus is why on the highlifter dynos do they show making more horsepower( one shows 3-4, one shows 5 hp gain on the AC) at top speed of 60- 65 mph. The dyno graph should at some point come together should it not? It clearly shows hp gains all the way to and including top speed. If I missed an explaination for this I appologize. Thanks for all who are de-mystifying the little black box.

Just to put my two cents in. I put a h/l module on my son's P650. We had the dg module on before. The dg module did a great job but our's only worked from a complete stop. It was one of the first one's out so maybe the later one's were diferent. The h/l module reacts even from a rolling start where the dg module did not. I know you can't go off feelings but the feel of power is beyond belief!!!!! Both are great products and are well worth the money. We can't wait for the new CDI box to get her in april. Thanks, rinrider

tuffEnuf, My sons P650 is a 03 model. Has 600 mi. on it now. P700 belt, black spring,white/plain spring, twin air filter, nyroc muffler mod, jetted- but do not know what? Holeshot ATR's with C-series wheels. It runs very hard. The other P700's can't keep up with him now. He weighs about 190 lbs. He can't hardly wait for the new CDI box. I just wish they would come out with one for my rincon! H/L is working on a module and I think DG is too. I like the great ride but to under powered. Rinrider

Some of the Suzuki shops are selling their 03 cloned 700's for $6400. It will cure all your Rincon blues

Friday I ran the 785 around trying out some stuff and switching the stock cdi and the new Dyna out and it was hard to feel the power increase. Then I put a Tiny-Tac on just to see what kind of RPM's it was turning coming up the hill. With the stock box it turns about 6500 to 6700 @ 64 to 65 mph, with the Dyna it was 7000 @ 69 mph. From 0 to 57 mph I couldn't get a good time on it in 300 feet but the point I,m getting to is it isn't a real big gain for as much hype as it gets on here. If you are ever going to get any big gains then you have to go inside the motor. I felt more seat of the pants power with the DG mod than the CDI and this is a built motor. I don't know what everyone is exspecting but I don't think this is going to do it. Put a tac on and see where you ride more 1000 to 5000 rpm range is my guess. Do you even see 7000 rpm's ? I know this is not hi-tech testing but most of the people that buy performance parts are not going to test like some of you have. They are going to bolt it on and do the same as I did. This has gone on for years now and it's all over nothing.
