I was wondering if anyone has a pic of there 650 or 700 prarie with 27 or 28 inch 589 tires on there atv. Also if there was any issues with there weight.Just looking to throw them on with no lift kit or spacers.I like the mudlight prices but not looking for them to wear out fast like everyone says they do.And the 589 ms tires seam to be about the same weight but a more tougher longer lasting tire.Probably a little lighter do to there 1" smaller width than the mudlights. Also heard the mudlites dont even measure up height wise that they say they are...Thanks

I run 28 589 m/s IPT tires on my 650 and 700. No spacers on stock rims. The tires will clip the front plastic on a sharp turn no biggie. Mudlights I hear have weak sidewalls on the larger tires. the 589 are a really tough tire. They are heavy and good but a lighter tire like the muddrunners are a nice to play with, I have extra tires and rims so I just swap them when I want to.

Thanks for the reply kawi650!So you did lose alot of power with the 28 inchers?Thats why i was thinking i might go to go with the 27's,a little bit lighter.Because i wont be swapping out tires like most people do.And yes im not worried about a little rubbing either. You say you run the mudrunners also and have fun with them.May i ask what size you run with them?

If you have a low end box you will have ample power with the 28. My muddrunners are 25" but I'm going with 26 this spring. Overall if I had to pick one it would be muddrunners prob. 26 if you don't have deep snow to go though. The only tire for deep snow for me is the 28 589.
