Moosin, a good place to start is to install a Black spring from Erlandson Performance on your driven clutch. It puts more pressure on your belt which will help eliminate belt squawk. Also, ride in low range when you are riding in rough conditions where your speed is relatively slow. Check your belt deflection to make sure your belt is in spec as a sloppy belt will give you grief as well.

I would check your secondary clutch for wear. Make sure your moveable sheath bushing isn't worn or caked with dust. Maybe check the weights and rollers in the primary. It wouldn't hurt to blow out the clutchs and check the bushings in the primary also. On my p650 I had great luck running a 03 360 belt. It makes it respond better and a little faster, and lasts well. Dalton Industries makes a great clutch kit.
