Default PLease help me whats wrong?????

I was riding my 360 today when I heard a very loud backfire and it lost all its power and the belt light is now blinking. Im very agravated right now and frustrated in my quad Ive replaced 2 belts and 1 acuator whats the problem??? PLease help!!!!!!!!

Default PLease help me whats wrong?????

I don't know what caused it to backfire, but it sounds like when it did, it tripped the belt light ( it may have been the tripped belt switch, that caused it to backfire )... for you to have changed 2 belts already, & tripped the belt switch with this one, there is a very good chance that who ever is servicing your belt ( dealership or whom ever ), is not setting the deflection correctly, or there is a problem with either the primary or secondary clutch that is not being addressed...

Just bought a kvf 700, as I went through the manual and it said that if the belt warning device is triggered the engine rpm becomes restricted to lower limits, I imagine to prevent further damage to limp home.
