Default Badlands XTR report

I put them on myself, the leak is on the brake side 1.5 inches away from bead .My dealer already ordered me a new one no ?'s asked.

Wow, the aluminum leaks. I probably would have just whipped out the welder and fixed that leak.

moses, it is possible that a rock or something was stuck in some mud and when it came around to the caliper , that caused the rim to crack. That happened to a budy of mine with a brand new twin peaks with c-series wheels. The quad and wheels only had 4 kilometers on them, and we welded it up, fixed the damage to the rotor and all was well.

Default Badlands XTR report

I could have fixed the problem easily--it was not a crack it is a tiny passage way from the inside of the rim to the outside.It fooled me for quite some time because the leak was so slow.I finally found it after submerging it in our swimming pool just after my wife cleaned the pool(she was pissed) I spent a good 20 minutes looking for air bubbles and finally located it.This leak is a factory defect I have a really good dealer and after showing them they agreed with me.I paid good money for my rims so itp can send me a new one.
