Default Prairie 650 A-Arms

hi guys,im posting for a friend of mine.today while he was riding the bolt fell out of his left a-arm, causing the arm to snap and the axle to fall out.where can he get a replacement besides the dealer?thanks for any help..

wow 30 people looked and not 1 person has something to say?its for a 03 prairie 650,please help..

The only place I know of is factory parts, I have never heard of aftermarket companys making them unless maybe someone could custom make them.

I think he will have to go with factory parts, but he should be able to save over the cost dealer will charge him. Check out www.beartoothkawasaki.com and www.ronayers.com

thanks guys,i read somewhere that the prairie 400's have a recall for the left a-arm bolt falling out causing it to brake like my friends did,do you think maybe the dealer will warrenty it?

Kawi is pretty good on that... but it's more up to a good dealer to make a claim like that to happen. Yes kawi has a good will policy too.

he didnt even bother trying to get it under warrenty,we went to a local dealer and he sold it to him for $45,not to bad if you ask me plus it is going to only take 2 days for it to come in..
