Reds bike was strong, took second in 4x4.he was only taken out by another kawi.We got lucky and won the open with the V. The guys with my old scram engine had us covered by a bit,but he red lit in the semi.We did take out a heavily modded YZF 450 ,and some other pretty fast bikes coming up thru though......not supposed to happen with a big heavy ,auto clutch, shaft drive V twin, on pump gas .... even if it is a 785 LOL.
The times were a little queer in my opinion though,it showed us havin a 3.8 something in the final(200 ft),my timers show us as 4.0's. The stage beams were quite far apart here must have been the reason.

reds650 - I had to work the 4-12 shift. Who won your class? What other machines were running strong?
I finally tuned the 650 on Friday; the degree key and cam timing changes you did for me work great. I'm up to 148-150 mains with a larger snorkle and 3 one inch holes in the airbox lid. Zero to 96kmh (60mph) in a flash, top speed of 104kmh (65mph) at 8100 RPM's. It's time for the clutch mods.

Hey reds650, the mean green machine I built ran a best run of 4.04 Saturday (ave 4.1). There's no shame in finishing second to it, your bike ran GREAT for what you have.
