Default 650 prarie electrical fault

I have a problem with the dash flickering on and off , blowing the main fuse . when you turn off key engine will stop but dash stays on . dealer says they swaped components from other bike , this stoped main fuse blowing but now the motor in the belt cover makes a noise when ignition is off . help ????

Does the noise in the belt cover come on for a couple of seconds just after you turn the key off?

HI there , the motor makes its usual reset noise then every 30 seconds after that it makes a noise but not the same length of noise , just a fraction of the reset noise .

It's definitely the KEBC actuator resetting itself, but I'm not sure why it would continue to do it. I know if I turn my quad off and the actuator is doing it's thing and I move my quad while it is doing it, mine will make the noise you are talking about. It's never done it while it was sitting still though. Sorry I can't be more help.
