Goin in the mud?

Default Goin in the mud?

I have a question. What is the best technique for goin throuh mud? Do you just floor it and hold on tight and hope you get through or what? (2 wheel drive)

Lean way back, and get as much weight off the front wheels, and on to the back wheels as you can. If youre with others, tie the strap on( to pull you out), before going in.

Before you go into the mud full bore its a good idea to have a look at what your going through.Sometimes there may be a better line or a rock or stump to avoid.Also if you have a chain drive with low ground clearance you'll want to avoid going in other machines ruts as you'll get hung up for sure.

Thank you guys for the replys. Everyone im goin muddin with today is 2 wheel drive so if we get stuck I guess ill be taking a mud bath if you know what I mean. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
