Default My 650 now has a big brother!

Well, after getting my P650 last summer (1700 miles), went out and got a P700 a few days ago! After work, I'm going to change the fluids, as I have nearly 100 miles on it allready. Firstly, I noticed this thing really has some nuts! Seems like it pulls harder in the midrange for sure, allthough the 650 would give it a run for the money! (I've yet to race them) The only concern I have is that right off the bat I've noticed an occational "Bog-down" in the throttle. I'd be putting along at not even 1/4 throttle, and she'd bog down for a sec or 2, and I'd hit the throttle and she'd come right back up. It did it the first time with 1 mile on the odometer, and after a tank and a half of gas it has done it about 6 or 8 times. Never had this on the 650, but I kinda crossed my fingers and hoped as it got broke in, it would work itself out, but there has to be a reason......just getting ready for more mods on the 650, which will include re-jetting, so until then I'm kinda illeterate on the fuel system on the big Prairies......Oh by the way, I got a Warn 2.5 winch with the 700, but I took it home and put it on the 650 last night. With the 700 being brand new, I dont quite have the heart to sink her in the really nasty mud yet, but the 650 is right at home in the mud, so It seemed to make sense to me...... any comments on the 700 bogging would be great!

this happened to my 4x4 when i used the incorrect oil for the air filter, clean it and make sure you put the right oil in it and then see how that works. if this isnt the prob is might be jetting.

I don't think it's air related, being it was doing it from mile 1, and I haven't added any oil to the filter....Has anybody else had any hesitation on a new P700? Let's hear it.......

check the seal on your airfilter..if it was off even a millimeter you might have sucked a bit of dirt into your jets..ive encountered this before on a yamaha I used to have..improperly sealed airfilter from the factory..just a thought..

700 will give slight hesitations until the first service. No worries
