p650 starts in gear with out rear brake on

Rear brake handle is not sticking. Any ideas?

Kind of funny, mine won't start out of gear without holding the brake.

wildrides,
I too would like to know how you disabled the "brakes on" requirement to start it in gear. I race in xc races and it might be a good thing for me to be able to start it in gear without the need to pull in the break handle. Anyone know how to disable this brakes on requirement?
