lakota ?

Ok, update on the titans. Got them in the other day and they are finally mounted. I love these tires! They get excellent grip! I'm just shooting throught mud that I got stuck quick in before I got these tires. I highly recommend them, especially for the $70 you pay at Nebraska Tire. On a side note, Nebraska Tire is pretty good, I ordered the tires on a Thursday and got them Monday. The tire brand and name were buffed off, but that hasn't affected the tire. I called a couple of times with questions and they were very helpful. I'd highly recommend them. And definitely recommend these tires!!
The pictures are up in my gallery but waiting for approval so if you want to see them just check back when they are approved.

Actually, it hadn't really occured to me to get a new seat cover, but now that you mention it I do believe I will! I bet it would look a whole lot better, as you said.
Yeah, rescuediver, I love the mud so long as I don't get stuck enough to have to have a friend pull me out. Hehe, that hasn't happened yet with the new tires though. Hopefully I can keep that record. I love it, now you can get in deep and get stuck but all you have to do to get going again is hop off and give a little lift on the back end and those tires just claw right back to the surface and take off. Hehe, the lakota doesn't have big enough mud guards though, or maybe its just I don't know how to go through mud slow and easy ... hmmmm ... I am always covered in mud by the end of a day of riding. Takes a suprising amount of quarters at the carwash for such a small vehicle! :-) Oh, btw, I've only had the tires rub once and that was when I went down a hill backwards at high speed and almost tipped over at the bottom of the hill (I started turning accidentally). Dang washed out hill tracks, lol.
Oh, by the way, where's the best place to mount a winch on a lakota? I've seen an external mount but it sticks way out. Would the two verticle bars between the light figure eight and the frame be stong enough to have a plate welded to them for a mount? I thought about just mounting the winch on the rack but I didn't think that would be a good idea. Any thoughts?

Well, finally got around to ordering the winch and mount. Should get them in middle of next week. Soon's I've tested them I'll report back. The winch is a Chicago Electric 2000lb. Winch ($50 on Harbor Freight website). The mount is an external that bolts to supports in the front.
