I am a true honda rider but once I saw the new quad from Kawasaki I fell in love. The KXF 250 is Kawasakis new quad that should tear up some of the cross-country competion. I will always love Honda but a Kawasaki wouldnt hurt me or would it?

Are people still dreaming of the KXF 250? Too much time on their hands I guess. If they have not released it yet, they arent going to. I wish they would, but I really doubt we will see a high perf 2 stroke from anyone..

Now you too can have William Yokley's mount in your garage-just don't ask about it at your local Kawasaki dealer. Its nothing that $20,000 and about a dozen aftermarket manufacturers couldn't make a reality for you too.

Look for a replica of Yokleys Quad (KXF250) in about 2 or 3 years.

What information do you have that suggests they will make the KXF 250? Why would it have to be 2 -3 years? Although I would love to see this quad produced, I simply dont see it happening. Unless of course you have $20,000.00!

Yokley's ride has been around for a few years, now, and has proven it's worth in racing. If Kawasaki was serious about using their R&D from his KXF and applying it to a production model, they would have done it by now. It ain't gonna happen. Do you see anybody else but Yamaha building a high performance 2-stroke? The only reason the Banshee is still in production is because it's the apparent "king of the dunes". Kawasaki isn't interested in that market, and nobody else makes a two stroke specifically for closed course racing, so why build a bike for a class that doesn't exist?

Go out and find some original Tecate's, rebuild 'em, and ride 'em!!

I am Friends with a certain Kawasaki Factory Rider I am not saying which one of the three he is but if I were you I would not be holding my breath for the KXF250 maybe you should think along the lines of a new four stroke that is all I have to say.

Gas Gas is coming out with a 300 2-stroke, with racing in mind.
