My Brute Force Story
Ya no doubt on the break in procedure. You should always take your time when breaking in a new motor and machine in general . Good rule of thumb "if" you have the patience to break in a motor that will keep its power longer in its life. Is for the first tank of gas 1/4 throtte,2nd tank up to half throttle and so on. after around 15-20 hours on the bike you can get some nice full throttle "bursts" in there. Changing the oil twice is smart also in the first 15 hours on the bike. When they come from the factory your gonna have other lubricants that were used to assemble the motor at the factory + other contaminants. Consider the first change a flush and the second the good clean oil. Trust me its worth it. btw congrats on the bf its a nice machine.
