Default lakota will not run unless in choke

Hi I have a lakota 300 and it sat for a year and a half not my doing. I cleaned the carb and jets but it will not run unless it is choked. When it is running when i give it gas real quick it seems like it is bogging down, I have to give it gas slowly. Please help.

Make sure your breather tube on the fuel cap is open too, I had a street bike that did that and I found out the fuel cap was not venting properly.

It is not getting gas which means either somthing is plugging the line or the main jet, you might also want to see if the needle valve is functioning properly.

I have pulled the carb apart again and found the jetpilot was clogged so I cleaned it out. The main jet is clean. All the jets look clean. When I pulled the pilot air screw out the little oring on the end stayed inthe carb. It looked fine to me as much as I could see. I didnt want to pull it out in case it ripped but I guess I have to now.
