Hey guys, I have my honda hubs now, I just can't decide on tires and wheels. I know that I want the 4-snows for dragging at the track, but I wonder what would be an improvement over the stockers for everyday racing. I have considered the 20" xcr holeshots on 8" wheels, but everyone that I talk to says I will give up a ton of top end. Is there any weight savings with mounting 22" xct holeshots on 8x8.5 wheels? I wish there was a 22" trail tire that was significantly lighter than the xct holeshots. Anyone agree or disagree with going to 8" wheels?
