Nyroc,
Not sure if this is any help, the 02 clutch has a slight difference in diameter where the bushing is. On my 02 I remachined a slot to hold a proper bearing instead of the brass insert. I also did this for the P700 as well it helps to ramp up the sheave faster and good for faster stops as well. The clutches are interchangeable but as Kawtech has said you should not mismatch the halfs, there is a slight difference in slope between the 02 and 03 sheaves. 03 and 04 clutches have not changed.
Recently I installed a sled clutch to the quad a Bombardier clutch I had to modify the way it was attached as the sled clutch mounts on the left side and ours attaches on the right. So far I have been able to adjust the driven side with a multitude of helixes a definite asset when modifying your ride. Down side is the cover wont work as the clutches are to big but it works very well for the drags.
Kawtech,
Thanks for the info on the weights, I have been using 360 weights and springs for some time now with good results. The weights from Dalton work the best for fine tuning the front clutch the stock ramp seems to work the best compared to the others. Probably the clutches are the best they can be at least they are tuneable where a sprague is limited.
