I think the Dyna unit ignores the belt safety switch completely. If the belt trips the switch, it has no idea. I don't think it has anything to do with the flashing 2wd/4wd issue either because it is not handled by the thing that Dyna replaces? Somebody with a Dyna could probably verify this for sure.
