Thanks for your input. Are you saying you think the way he machined the clutch is dangerous or riding the P650 is dangerous?

I dont feel any vibration and have watched the pulley turn with the cover off. Everything looks fine to me and runs fine with over 146 miles so far. The belt doesnt slip any at all and the belt surface is wearing excellent like it should. I would have done the cover plate a little different but the guy didnt have the milling machine you speak of.
