Anyone remove/replace their own tires?
Thanks for all your comments and suggestions: Sounds like a Pain to swap tires, especially the Maxxis BigHorns, which are 6-ply. For 6-bucks a wheel, it's a no brainer to let them do it. For $20 a wheel then it's worth it to upgrade from the original P-650 Rims and do as OneFlyCowboy says, just buy the Rims with tires already mounted--4-bolts per wheel and you're done.
OK, so I've settled on BigHorns and now need to decide which Wheels to buy--I might as well upgrade to stronger better rims, since I've already bent the edges pretty badly on the stock Rims?

I have changed a variety of tires. I made my own bead breaker (see my tech tips, general section). I use spoons that are specifically made for ATV wheels. It is actually quite easy. I don't rip little chunks out of the bead like the tire store sometimes does.
I find it quicker and easier to do it myself, not that the $20 matters, but the 15minute drive, wait in line, and wait to cash out all adds up. So I just prefer doing it myself. However, I can't do near as good of a job balancing them with my cheap balancer.
