Default Kawasaki Dealer Show: ... any news yet?

The Kawasaki dealer show is going on right now. I am curious if anyone knows what is new for next year with Kawasaki? Will they still sell the lime green Prairie 700? Will any of the 4x4s gain fuel injection? Are there going to be any new models? Inquiring minds want to know ...

Default Kawasaki Dealer Show: ... any news yet?

This is a quote I heard from someone returning from the dealer show ... "one of the lamest shows in years". Nothing new to speak of at all. There is a smaller Mule, and a little bit of a redesign on the Mule, but other than that nothing new. The Prairie 650 has been brought back, so now we have a Prairie 650 and a Prairie 700, with the only difference being that the Prairie 650 is called a Brute Force 650, and has Brute Force styled plastic on it. WTF is up with Kawasaki? We still don't have a Z250 clone, and we still don't have a 450cc sport ATV, or a 600cc sport ATV with a manual transmission, and we don't have a 500cc utility ATV.

Next year we'll have a 650cc Prairie, a 700cc Prairie, and a 750cc Prairie, but still nothing between the 360cc and the 650cc.

The BF 650 is aimed at stealing 500 class sales with a lower price than most big bores. This way, they dont need a 500, and they can make the 633 cheap.

You need a 450 engine to make a 450 quad. Kawi doesnt even have a sport quad to build off from, let alone an engine to put in one.

Kawi has the kfx700, thats their big bore sport entry. Why on earth would they release something so close in size and power to the kfx700 and diminish sales?

My dealer said Kawi is way over stocked with sport quads in Canada, both the KFX 400 and 700.
