I loaned my wifes quad to a friend to ride while on vacation in Colorado. They returned home and were going to return my wifes bayou220 this morning. (saturday) I got a call this morning from my friend saying the quad was gone, stolen. He had already talked to his insurance agent ( my agent also) and they are going to cover it. The insurance agent said they were going to give me 3100 for the quad plus tax, 250 for the rear basket, 100 for the front and another 125 in mods. So i am going to take the 4000 and a check and buy a V-force. I have wanted a V-force since they came out. I have a dealer friend that is going to sell me a new 04 for cheap. So this should have a happy ending.

Now i need, exhaust and a big bore kit. I think i will build it before i ever ride it.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

Its sweet that your getting all that out of it. But its still crap that it was stolen I hate people like that. They dont deserve to be conciderd part of this sport. Its like the pacers playing bastetball. They need to kick some people out of the sprot of basektball now. Its just a descrace to all atvers when people rip off other peopels stuff.

 

Well i ended up taking a hit on the bayou220. My insurance company changed there mind. The insuance company that the guy had refused to pay also. The guy that borrowed it wrote me a check for 2400 dollars.

I went to Irving TX and bought a new 04 orange v-force for 5200 out the door. I like the V-force. I am thinking about getting another one.

I would still like to catch the thief.
