OuterLimit, I felt the same as you when adding air, but my dealer who also sells watercraft suggested I jet down.
He just rejetted a friends p700 to 132f, 138r, and the machine is popping wheelie’s with ease.
He said the leaner the meaner and he was right. There is that fine line of not going to lean.
Anyway I have not rejettet because I'm waiting for my HMF exhaust.

This friend has 2 tpi valves on top of air box. That’s the only mods.
We ride between 5000- 8500 feet, and live at 4500 feet. I think at 6000 you would see a power increase if you jetted down even with your air mods.

 

I just bought a brand new 04 for 6100 - had 1hr on it from set up. Hope that will help

I paid $6400.00 otd for my 04 P700, and that was in July 03, very early build, I have 2000 miles on it now. Great machine. I would not pay someone any more then 5000-5500 for a used 04 P700. But I am in Upstate NY, so wheelers might bring more else where.

The guys out there have been treating me very well and I am def pleased with how they have been treating me.

Everybody else was out to get me when it came to finalizing the deal becuase they new that there was limited qty.(adding a few hundred on)


I have already been out to purchase spare parts and accessories

They are good people to deal with. It takes me about 45min to get out there and I dont even hesitate. Thats how good they are.

First machine I purchased from them and will def purchase one from them again.

They have also been giving a great discount on extended warranty and parts.
