Get you a breaker Bar and the correct socket for the nut, Get you a 12 Inch long 3/8 drive ratchet. Place the square 3/8 part of the ratchet into one of the round holes in the pulley and brace the other end of the ratchet against the prairie's frame and apply tension with the breaker bar and socket. Clockwise on the nut tightens and Counterclockwise loosens. Switch position of ratchet to opposite hole in pulley to tighten/loosen or torque. Note that you put beveled washers in correct position that they came off when you reassemble. Also mark a line or index mark across the the top and over the sides of you secondary pulley's with a permanent marker before you separate the sheaves. Alignment mark will aid in realingment of pulley sheaves when you reassemble/put buttons back in.
