is there any sites that list procedures and/or concerns of the lifting the front? looks pretty straight forward.anything to watch out for when doing the lift?thanks....cheers!!!

 

I built a lift for my P700. It uses spacers that space the strut down from the top mounting bolt. I just got a local machine shop to make them with internal threads so they would screw onto the strut and have threads on top so the factory nut would fit on too. I started with a two inch spacer and it was to much. My axles rubbed on the bottom of the struts. I had to cut it down to an inch and three quarter. Had them on for over two months now with no problems. The ride hasn't changed or anything. I am running 28 inch gators and there is no rubbing/clearance problems anywhere.
