Default Thanks to all for V force mod info

I just wanted to say thanks. I have never worked on a quad or carberator before. But with the advice of everyone on this list I was able to install a Muzzy exhuast, shim the carbs, change the main jets (148F, 150B), change out the main spring to a Pink EPI, and adjust the belt tension with Nyroc's $5 (home Depot) tool.

My wife is not happy with all the time in the garage and the early exhaust christmas present to myself, but the bike is running great. On a wet street if you hit the throttle hard at any speed below ~20mph the front wheels came off the ground. My buddy who rides a new Honda 450 took a spin and was very impressed.

Now the tough part. Waiting to save up $ for a new CDI, rectifier, shocks, .........
