did kawasaki put a v.i.n. number on this year?. i thought i read somewhere that any atv under 200 cc back then did not have to be titled. what do you do if you need a title to get a atv sticker for my state? i looked at the frame only number on it is the model number . no serial or v.i.n.

 

can you find any model numbers stamped on the fram?well go to the sherrifs office amd let them lnow and they can run a check on the numbers and fill out a piece of paper saying its clear (not stolen) then you can get the bmv to make a title or talk to your count /city judge he can type up a statement for you and you take it to the bmv to get the title made
