I uploaded some day shots today. In some of the shots the lights really look light blue but they really are more of a purple blue. For some reason the camera is not showing the true color. One of the day picture is with the lights on. You can really see the purple tint to the light.

Im sorry to break the news to you Kawidan, but The Clear Guard Headlight Protector is really just a thick grade vinyl used buy Sign Makers to make Signs. (The Company is kind of a scam IMO.) There is no Exclusive Film? And Trampoline Effect? (I just love that one!-LOL) When a rock hits and breaks your headlight out? Ask them if they will buy you a new one? The truth be known you can go down to your Local Sign Shop and pick up enough clear grade vinyl in whatever color you want to do both front and rear lights for around 5 or 10 bucks. You could even get a better grade of vinyl like 3M (Most Sign shops will even cut out the headlight shape for another buck or two.) Also with colors like smoke, blue etc is you will lose headlight strenght at night, And as far as Protection? There is None! A lot or people buy this product and end up peeling it off after a few rides. If you like the look those Check out the local Sign Shop, they could even match your quads color. ~coop

hey kawidan,
the film they use is for real. I used it once when a co I worked for was remodeliong a few banks in San Francisco. We did an actual test. We applied the film on standard 1/2" glass then I hit it as hard as I could with a B-ball bat and it only cracked the glass. I could not break thru it. Back then 6-7 years ago it was hella expensive stuff, probably come down a lot since.
