is the led taillight a bulb or a whole light?

 

its a whole light and bracket from hep, healey enginering, i think the spelling is corect on that. I found it on ebay, its alot neater and stronger than the factory one. bolts right on, you splice in the factory plug, they send instructions. very nice light.
