Default Prairie 650 Busted Fenders?

Just got my new 2003 Prairie 650 (it was replacement for my stolen Vinson from Dealership). Love it, great power, fully auto but I noticed on both rear fenders, there is an issue with screws. There are like 3 screws missing and the flange that connects the rear fender to the footstep section, the screw hole is busted so I can't even put a new screw in, any advice? should dealership buy new parts for it? It was sold to me as "new".

if you haven't riden it, sure they should replace it, but it'll be hard to prove you didn't do it to it if you've riden it. I learned with Kawasaki, you had better go over the entire bike because the people that put 'em together are idiots for the most part
