Default Storing KFX400 Upright in Garage

I'm trying to maximize space in the garage. I'll drain the gas tank / carb and stand the quads on back wheels up against the wall. I am wondering about any possible negative effects of engine oil or coolant draining draining 'backwards' during storage.

I would be concerned about oil migration during storage in some bikes. You didnt say what kind of machines you have or how many. If just a couple you may be able to build a rack and store one above the other to save floor space and still keep them level.

if you do stand them up on end drain all fluids iol water gas so on because if you dont you run the risk of oil dripping into somthing you may not want or on the floor

Thanks 10^3! Yes, I've been kicking around the 2nd level rack idea for awhile. It is something I would be proud to build but standing them up against the wall seemed easier. Either way I'll use the 880 lb electric hoist I picked up from Harbor Freight today. Should be fun!
