Warn winch question...

Warn winch question...
I have an '02 Prairie 650, and my Warn A2500 winch has died on me.
My question is: Can I replace the Warn A2500 with a Warn 2.5ci and use the same mounting bracket and wiring harness.
I've already unbolted and removed the dead one, and ordered the new one. It didn't occur to me until after that I might need to replace the mounting bracket.
