Like I said earlier, Ensure all your Vacucm Lines are attached Correctly. Vaccum is what pressurises your carb diaphrams.
The Line is/should be attached from center Vaccum plug between your two carbs. Line should loop over fwd carb and be ATTACHED to the fitting in fwd Right corner of your airbox. You also have a line that attaches to the middle bottom of your airbox plastic and you must ensure the vaccum line and Crank case vent is hooked up when installing your airbox plastic.
May want to order you a shop manual. Will Save you som big bucks & downtime in the long run.
