Anybody Replaced Front Shocks on Prairie 650/700?

I plan on using the Elkas with the Works. Are you saying they will be a lot taller than the stock setup? I can live with the 1/2" and doubt I'll notice it since I weigh 250+. One stock strut is higher than a pair of Works struts.

I would suspect the combination of Works and Elka would increase ride height by a half inch, more or less. That change would be unlikely to cause any detrimental changes.
How much of the stock spring shows at the bottom of the plastic spring cover on your Prairie right now? My plastic spring covers were half an inch below the bottom of the spring with my stock struts and stock springs, and now with the Works struts and stock springs I have an inch and a half of the bottom of the springs showing below the bottom of the plastic spring cover.
