Prairie Seat...?
Hi guys
I have replaced all my dark green plastic with team green and changed all the gold to black or silver , the only piece that remains is the seat . My options are buy a new black seat , dye the seat or recover it . This seat is like new so I really don't want to be expermenting , I would rather sell it and just buy a new one .
Any one ever recover there seat I did see some custom covers that looked pretty cool ...but proabably not for my applacation.
Thanks
Greg

Prairie Seat...?
Thats true, the gray is better than the brown. nobody has said anything about the seat looking strange but Im kind of picky.
Cookerwon, the team green front fender is part # 35004-1452-290 and cost $183.53 at the dealer. I turned my red 02 team green with all new plastic for $396 +tax=$443.01 total. Hope that helps.

In regards to your Praire seat color, I had a similiar problem with a boat seat a few years back. They make a dye for vinyl that holds up very well once dry. Check with a marine store and ask for vinyl dye, you just brush it on, no brush marks with two coats and mine lasted for two years before recoating. Comes in basic colors, just a thought....
