I got no help in the Suzuki forum, so maybe I can get help here! A buddy picked up a 05' Z400 and a full "Yoshi" exhaust. What size jet do you guys recommend for it? THANKS!

A friend of mine recently purchased the same bike only with green kawasaki plastic. After we removed the baffel, air box lid, and installed a k&n air filter we installed a 165 main. After about 2 weeks of steady rides it seems to be right on. If you are leaving the box lid on I would recomend the 165 for you also. All bikes seem to be a little different but this should get you pretty close, hope it helps.
