The Plastic is the only difference.

Be VERY CAREFUL with your L.E. Plastic. It is VERY Brittle and will Crack or Break with the slightest impact.

Just a point of interest, the factory replacement plastic for the L.E.'s is over $1000.

Fullbore makes plastic for the V in several different colors.

I love that lava red and molten silver color. My bro is getting a silver one soon. Sucks you pay that much more money for cool plastic that is more brittle than the stock orange and green plastic, thats bs.

Got a link to the FullBore? I haven't seen those yet. I haven't heard anything good about the Maier yet, so hope the Fullbore is better

I have the '05 Molten Lava V and they can say what they want about it's plastics but i have had no problems at all with them. But then of course i have either been lucky enough or not stupid enough to roll or flip mine. So far the plastics have been holdin up nicely

I find it hard to believe the plastic is even close to 1000 bucks.
I just replaced my red with prairie special edition team green for 350 from dealer.
The marbled red and black may be slightly more, on the v-force.
