Default Please Help!, Installing Trail Tech Comp.

i am putting a trail tech comp on the kfx. i have mounted the comp part but haveing trouble installing the cable part to rotor. i under stand the rest i think. thank you

I did put one of these on my sons wr250. However I am not quite sure what you mean by the cable part. The cable and its sensor is mounted to the fork( at least on a dirt bike it is) On a quad I would assume you would mount the magnet to the disc in front. Most likely wouldnt matter which side(left or front tire). Then you need to mount the pick up(cable part?) to some thing that will be in the rotating path of the magnet. You need to route the cable so it doesnt snag on anything or get too tight when you turn the handlebar from left to right.

when I put one on a Raptor I used one of the disk brake bolt holes for the magnet, and the pick up went in the spindlebolt hole for the splah guard.
