Do any of you guys know what options there are on the market right now except slip-ons?

I have muzzy ordered. It is a tuned exhaust. Egual length pipes. Has removable quiet core

how loud is the penland exhaust over stock? with the quiet core installed?

My echo series is not loud at all. Just a little more than stock with a good sound.

thats the hmf eco series right? Did you gain anything?

What other mufflers do you recommend?

Id like to stay close to the stock sound but gain something.

Im running the dobeck unit, twin air filter and yanked out the snorkel.

sennay, Mike Penland said he runs the echo on his. Must be good I thought ,if he is using it. I did seem to help mine but I changed the hole system. I would think muzzy is best, haven't got mine back to see how loud it is.

I called HMF and they said the only pipe they offer for the KQ is the utility and they cant powder coat it. They also said even with the quiet core it will run around 97db, stock is 89.

Well I was generally speaking about what hmf said to me for the KQ. Sorry about that (damn thread hi-jacker! LOL)

check out pipe city they have the best prices and i beleive the muzzy is the best go to there web site and take a look
