Has anyone added additional headlights or swapped out the stock? I hate the stock headlight as it's not bright enough and I'm not able to adjust it to where I need it to go! Yes, I tried the screws on the sides and moved it up and down, but I'm still not happy. So, has anyone added more lights? (Hmmmm, maybe it's not the lights, but the ole' eyes are going? Nah, it's the lights!)

ya i did it to mine but the lights came with plastic brackets so they broke..............anyway this is what you could do. go to walmart and look for a smaller set of headlights that has a bolt comming out of the bottom and thats how it mounts then mount em where the bolts for your front plastics go and just remove the screw and stick the bolt from the headlights thru there and tighten it down, when you wire it makeshure you use the extra fuse circut thing that will come with the lights because if they ever blow a fuse you dont want your quad to die out on you and on my lakota anyway there were 2 wires up by my cdi box andi just wired the lights to those wires and put a toggle switch on my left fender by the mudflap and they worked perfect till i filpped the quad and broke one.

Thanks, I will definitely try something.

Holeshotz - did you still run your stock light too? Did you have to change out any other parts, ie. stator, fuse box, etc, or was just putting the additional fuse in ok? (PS - ex patriot yankee here, born and raised in Stamford and did 4 years in Storrs - go Huskies!)

Shortcut - saw a pair of the piaa lights on a Jeep Wringler this morning - sweet! They must look great on the quad.

We're hititng the sand dunes at glamis this weekend, so I may buy some lights today or tomorrow and have one of the more smarter gerar heads do some wiring for me. Thanks again.

ya i ran all three at the same time and never had any battery problems at all........i just used all the wireing that came with the lites like the switch and extra fuse and i hooked them up and they worked great but make shure you get ones with metal brackets because someone flipped my quad on its side and just the impact snapped the bracket

the ones i had they dont make any more but i saw those fog light ones and i think those are the ones im going to get this time around, they seem like theye would hold up better then mine did my other ones were xenon and immitain high intensity discharge, the only problem is that when i had everything on and i rode thru some mud it screwed up the toggle switch and i had to change those out a few times so make shure you put the toggle switch somewhere up by the hadlebars or somthing
