i didnt know it was at 11000 feet lol that would have anyone running out of energy lol. the frame lis most likely shot i mean it tore off a tire how could there not be some damage. i wouldnt try yo haul it up the mountain cause then you gotta take it doen that little trail and if an atv barely fits now there no way a atv with trailer would. least i wouldnt run that risk. is there a trail at the bottom of the canyon. if so get a 4 ton come a long and some straps and pull it down the mountian and have one or 2 people hold it from the top side so it cant roll down and hit anyone below. if the brakes work you could always try to find the seat and ride it down and use the brakes lol it should still coast with 3 wheels lol. i dont live anywhere near it im just putting out ideas

I think the frame maybe ok, but the left rear axle is gone and the left rear susoension is trashed. But I was thinking if a guy could get it out, there are allot guys going aftermarket suspensions anyway. There is no way to ride it. My brother got up to it from the bottom side. up the water channel. he was in the water and crawling at certan points. The pictures kinda make it look like its on level ground but its on a pretty steep slope. that is very rocky. From where we parked below where the quad is at. You can't even see it. Dragging it down would be almost imposable. My dad was on a KQ and I was on a sp800 and road up to the top without any problem. If on a Prarrie or somthing with a low center of gravity (very stable quad) would have been even better. Like I say use one of those little atv trailers thats the same width of the atv might work. I think the only way to get it out in close to the same shape it is now would be to pull it back up the same are it went down from. If two guys were to craw back up the hill with it takeing out section of tow line as you went and rehooking. it could come back up out of there but, like I say you need to be in good shape and be comforatable with hights.

We know about it. The air is rare where he dumped it, but we just might go by there. Some of the younger guys might like the challenge.

Check out CQRDenver (Colorado Quadrunners) for some good pics.

maybe if you tied it up with a long rope and hooked the rope to your winch? that would probably work it looks like it would roll if you just got the back of it off of the ground just my input and I am glad to hear everyone is ok but it really sucks that such a new bike is recked

Hire a helicopter. I've seen it before with sleds in the mountains.
