save yourself some time and give yourself some peace of mind and get a set of Diamond G racing tie-rods and tie-rod ends. i didnt have mine break but i've heard alot of people having problems with them so i bought a set, i've ridden it hard since and havnt had any trouble. the rods and ends are top notch, very strong.

they have a website. www.diamondgracing.com their phone# is 714-299-3865. the rods are $79 and the ends are $89. a little high but i dont think you will ever buy another pair. they come in a bunch of different colors powdercoated. they have pics on their website.

I also did the Tusk tie-rod ends but am now using the DiamondG ends. The DiamondG ends are better than the Tusk, tighter fit. IMO

i actually had the same problem with the Diamond G rods and ends where i dont know if they were too long or just a very tight fit, but i to had to use a vise to turn the them. i actually couldnt get them at zero. i have slightly toed in a hair, but i havnt felt any wobble or pull with about 250 miles on them.
