Default cam or piston... to shave plastic?

i was woundering if shaving my front fenders will help out in a drag race.. and i was woundering what kind of high compression piston like 11.5-1 or cam to get and which would help me out more for drag racing... thanks for the help

Cams and pistons would be the way to go, wish I had done both instead of just the cams. One will help the other and you will not see maximum benifit from either of them unless you do both. I just read that and confused myself, in other words they both work good alone but great together. If you want more I've been told that if you throw in porting with pistons and cams that you'll have a BAD BOY. As far the fenders I don't know how much of a benift you'll get from cutting them, maybe alot maybe none. But if you cut them everyone expects you to be fast, if it looks stock you could be pushing 75 ponies and no one will know till it's too late and they've already been smoked. And listening to their freinds laugh at them is almost as much fun as outrunning them.
