Default Warn Winch mount on BF750

Ok I need some help. I recieved by Warn 2.5Ci and mount plate, but the hardware on the mount plate (the U bolts) are not big enough to go arond the front tubes. Has anyone else experienced this? The box for the mount plate verifies it is the right mounting plate from Warn.

Could use some help as everything is all out in the driveway at the moment.

The U-bolts that come with the mounting plate are two different sizes...small ones for the back and larger ones for the front. Maybe you
mixed them up?

Well while the possibility exists that I would be dumb enough to do that, i promise I have checked and I am using the larger of the two sets of U-bolts, the set for the back of the plate seem fine.

Do the holes line up on the mounting plate? If so, just purchase two bigger u-bolts. Maybe the good folks at Warn just put in the wrong size U-bolts??

If the holes on the mounting plate don't match up to the recommended mounting location on the tubes...again, maybe they made a mistake in packaging.
Let me know how it goes.

No the plate seems to be ok, the bolts are definately not the right size. Thats not a bad idea, I can check Home Despot for a larger bolt.
