I hear alot of people talking about tie rod ends on the 750 should I change them on my 650 I am getting ready to put ITP Mude lites XL on and don't want to have a problem. My 650 is a 2006 or have they fixed this issue with the newest ones?

I don't think the tie rods or ends were ever an issue with the BF650.

The recent recall applied to the steering knuckles but I don't think it applies to the 2006 models.

 

The BF650SRA is fine with the stock tie rods, it is only a problem with the BF750 IRS.
I got the impression from ATV 4wheel action Dec.'05 that the New BF650IRS model is going to replace the BF650SRA.
