hey yall i got a 00 220 bayou with a set of itp mud lites 22 11x10s and a blew the top end does any1 know what to torque the heads and cam and stuff too or any1 kno a website were it tells ya thanks yall ill post pics when i start it herer soon

The top end has several different torque settings, depending on the bolt location and size. Cylinder head bolts have to be torqued in two steps. First torquing for the 8mm bolts is 113 in-lbs and for the 6mm bolts is 52 in-lbs. Final torque after that is 25 ft-lbs on the 8mm and 87 in-lbs on the 6mm.
If you are going to rebuild the top end, I recommend you purchase the service manual for the Bayou 220. (I had to rebuild my Bayou 220 top end a year ago and without the manual, it would have been impossible. You need it for references for timing marks, etc). Plus, it will pay for itself if you plan on doing all your own maintenance. You can possibly find on one Ebay or order one from a dealer.
