I just got off the phone with my dealership in terre haute, Indiana and the service manager said he just got the recall notice yesterday. and he said they are replacing the whole assembly. and that i was the first on the list and as soon as he gets the recall kits in he will call me. Talked to my dealer today and he said that he recieved the letter on the 2nd, the afternoon after I called him. He said it will fully replace the rods and ends. He also said that parts where backordered until January 18th. I got the jump on a lot of people because of the tip in this forum, thanks Mudcon.

 

My 650 took 12 weeks for the parts to come in. Once I said I was writing Kawasaki and a buddy at a ATV magazine the called the next day.
